It's amazing how much we're willing to devote to what we don't love doing, but when it's time to put energy into what we're passionate about...we lack the time or the encouragement from others.

If there was EVER a time for us to go HARD with the things we REALLY LOVE...IT IS NOW!

I'm not saying it's gonna be easy...Lord knows I'm not. But riddle me this...What is?

But I bet you one thing...It's fulfilling!

Kinda wierd, but lately I've been simply THANKING THE HEAVENS for the Love & Support I've received from my Family & Extended Family to follow my dreams! From the purchases of baskets, purses & even the bath salts I packaged in old baby food containers :)

I share that with you to remind you that when you are on your path...your people will recognize it and help you along the way.

Don't know who this is reaching, but whoever needs to hear this...PLEASE ACT ON IT!!!

So, I was so excited about this at first. Then, I don't know what went down. Maybe this little thing called LIFE!

NOPE! That's BS! I just didn't stick to my word and I am woman enough to admit it. So, what I'm gonna do is update ya'll on days 4-12...

Day 1 - A Better Me Begins

So check this out. This is excellent time to start blogging because my neighbor and I are doing this whole "30 day experiement" - GO HARD W/EVERYTHING YOU"RE DOING and SEE WHAT HAPPENS.

So we started with a LONG walk today and it felt really good because somebody *pointing at myself* wasn't paying much attention when they said "Watch what you eat, girl". So, the goal is to focus on the physical just as much as we focus on the mental, emotional & financial.

Before that tho, I decided to share with all of my social networks some "Words of Wisdom". I got this book right b4 I graduated from WMU and I promise these quotes got me thru so much. We go thru life looking for people to relate with us and when I found this book with all of these quotes from GREAT people of African descent...it was like "Man, this ain't new." So, I'll share with ya'll one each day.

Re-read the one at the top and let it marinate...What comes to mind?
